This is the last photo from my bedroom (for now, anyway). I've been an off-and-on action figure collector since the mid 90s, though much of my collection was lost in a house fire about 6 years ago. Before I was pretty obsessive, now I just buy things I like. In the upper left corner, you will see all but 1 of the Transformers Classics line. I really dig this collection because I used to have all these toys as a kid, and now they're shinny and new. I love that I have so much room on my dresser to position them in some sort of face off.

The lower left and upper right are a collection Beast Wars figures, some new, some old (thanks to Ebay). I've got a few more coming in this week (exciting!).

The lower right is the random shelf. All these figures were saved fromy my fire and and in pretty great condition. My fav is Grifter (on the left), mainly because he's awesome.

I have about a dozen other figures, some of which are rare and therefore sealed away forever (or until I find another copy). I'm also thinking about picking up some of the new Anniversary GI Joes since I used to have a bunch as a kid.... and some of the Transformes 2007 movie figures are out, so I should buy some of those, right?

So yeah, I took this quick video with my digital camera. It looks like junk, but that's not the point. As you can see, I enjoy the company of some fun ladies who know how to have a good time.

My walls are pretty much covered in posters, which I have photographed and collected here. I'll go into a bit of detail about each. You'll notice that in the upper right corner I have a sword. It's a prop sword I bought online that I think looks really cool. The handle's too small, so I can't really hold it well. Thus, it lives on my wall.

1. Upper left corner: Link from the Legend of Zelda series. Zelda 1 and 2 are to this day some of my favorite games. Courage, Wisdom, Power.

2. Middle top: Fujiwara Takumi from the anime Initial D. The series follows Takumi as he sets out to become the greatest street racer in Japan. I really like this series, which is weird because I don't really care much about cars. But I do like stories about people who are passionate about things and have incredible drive (no pun intended).

3. Upper right corner: Spike Speigel and Fay Valentine from the anime Cowboy Bebop. Classic action adventure series set in space. The music is wonderful, and the action is fantastic.

4. Bottom right: Kasugano Sakura from the Street Fighter video game series. This is the poster that a few people have considered "creepy" because they claim she's flashing her panties. Now, this may be true, but more likely she's wearing bloomers (aka gym shorts), which would make sense if you're fighting in illegal street fights in a mini skirt.

5. Bottom right center: Grifter from the W.I.L.D.C.A.T.S. comic book. Grifter is fucking awesome. He's a member of a superhero group made up of aliens, and for most of his comic career, he's just a "normal" human who can hold his own against the universe's biggest badguys. We later discover that his is a latent mutant. His power: his mind has created a psyonic shield to protect him from harm... but its all subconsious. Fucking awesome.

6. Bottom left center: The main characters from the anime Yu Yu Hakusho, an incredible action/fighting series from the mid 90s. The begining of the series features the main character Yuusuke, a good for nothing brat, getting killed...in the first episode! Yuusuke fights his way back to life, and from that point he goes on a bunch of adventures to hell dimensions and such. Its like Dragon Ball, only fights actually happen every episode. I think the longest fight lasts 4 episodes.

7. Bottom left: a painting of Haruko from the anime FLCL (aka Fooly Cooly). I boguht this at an anime convention. Its lovely. She has black wings for no apparent reason except its cool. I will not even attempt tpo describe FLCL. Its a mindfuck of a show.

Here's another photo of my room. The door to the left leads out to the apartment, the door on the right is my closet. As you can see, I have the least amount of decorations in this part of the room, mainly because my chair faces the other part of my room.

Things to note:

1. Two people so far think its creepy for my to have that Sakura poster (you'll see a better pic later). I think it's cool.

2. I have lots of transformers.

3. That pastic white thing to the right is a DDR pad. It usually lives in the living room, but the apartment cats were crawling in it.

Over the next few days, I'll be blogging about my bedroom, which is finally starting to come together. Despite the fact that my bed takes up most of the room, I have alot of space, which I basicly cover in posters, wall scrolls, and action figures. More on those later.

Things to note:

1. That cardboard box on the floor on the right hasn't been opened since I moved in. Its got cds and tapes I'll probably never listen to again.

2. The Hellboy figures around my tv were recently purchased, so they're now on display. They'll end up on a self soon.

3. I love my tv.

4. I rarely make my bed.

5. I rarely open my windows.

Last night was Terry Jinn's ETV 6. Terry likes to play guitar, and he's fucking excellent at it. Each year, terry creates a huge coverband and invites his friends to become rockstars. Click on the photo to see a few more pics I took.

Today is Eliza Skinner's birthday. On Sunday a bunch of awesome people celebrated her bday by going to Coney Island! I'd never been before, so I can cross that off the list. If you're going, be aware that the wind might be blowing mightly fierce on the boardwalk. Also, Dante's Inferno is not scary, but fun.

Sometimes, when I take photos of myself, I forget to smile. I should have other people take photos.

Hello friends, and welcome to my new blog. And say hello to my new tv, which is wonderful. I will be spending alot of time watching Discovery HD. Holy shit its amazing.

Anywho, I'm going to try and post in this blog often, and with lots of pictures. So enjoy or whatever.
